  • Design customer- and employee-facing projects through their full life cycle. Beginning with understanding the business and customer goals, mapping scenarios, customer pain points and validating designs with user testing. Then provide high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, walkthroughs and documentation for handoff to the Development team and visual QA.

  • Collaborate with the Business and Project teams to solidify requirements and ensure alignment with MVP, plan sprints and reviews. Within the UX/CX team, coordinate with other designers to keep the customer experience consistent across all platforms.  

  • Conduct exercises with stakeholders to align on strategy and product direction. As well as final walkthroughs for designs and strategy for scale and future enhancement.

  • Map how different teams across the company interact and impact customers with the goal of aligning customer and employee user experiences at all touchpoints throughout their journey.

  • Designed and iterated UX/UI for responsive business websites, from sitemaps and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups.

  • Worked with clients from several distinct industries, most notably e-commerce Fortune 500 companies Ebay, Amazon, and Paypal; advocacy groups, nonprofits; and fast casual dining.

  • Led pain-point discovery exercises, user interviews, and brand building workshops for an internal employee-lead green office initiative.

  • Collaborated with Senior Designers and Content, Advertising, Development, and Client Services teams to launch client websites and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.

  • Led usability testing to evaluate and improve usability, content, visual design, and branding. Analyzed qualitative data, discovered pain points, and created design solutions for identified issues.

  • End-to-end design for the museum’s newly launched website, including research, information hierarchy, user flows, and high fidelity mockups.

Graphic Design and UI/UX Intern

  • Created new UI components for the native iOS and Android mobile app that aligned with the brand guidelines. New feature design for (reminder, sharing, delivering content) within the app, starting from wireframes to high fidelity mockups and prototypes.

  • Built out visual design and created an illustration style guide and library to be used across the digital product, website, packaging, and advertisements to bring their characters to life.
